I’ve been working on self development for as long as I can remember. I hired my first life coach when I was 21 years old because I knew that there was so much stuff I needed to work through if I was going to have a chance at a happy and successful life.

Fast forward 17 years later and even after working with thousands of people over the years, I’ve come to realize a pattern among everyone, no matter what the situation. Whether it was a desire to lose weight or grow their online business, something was holding them back, even when they had all the tools and strategies they needed to be successful. It was them. They were holding themselves back with their negative thinking, lack of confidence and such deep rooted blocks and limiting beliefs they didn’t even realize it.

To make long-term, permanent changes, I’ve implemented the principles outlined in this course with my clients and this stuff works. It’s what we do daily that shapes who we become and it all starts with our mindset and what we believe about ourselves.
