PHASE 1: Discovery

• Pricing Guide
  A guide you can give to your leads or have as a download on your website which details your process and packaged pricing for a brand identity.
• Intake questionnaire
  The first questionnaire you send to your leads to make sure they’re a right fit to work with you.
• Getting started guide
  A guide to help your clients make the most out of their project. Goes through how the project will work, frequently asked questions, and their role in the project.
• Process and deliverables
  A handy chart to show your clients the entire process including what they are responsible for, and the deliverables they’ll receive.
• Customer avatar workbook
  A workbook for your clients to define their ideal customer avatar. You can go through this with them or they can complete it on their own.
• Style workbook
  A workbook to help your clients define their ideal styling. This will help ensure that you’re not wasting time on concepts they won’t like.
• Creative brief
  A final brief based on the above workbooks and questionnaires to ensure that you’re on the same page before beginning the project.

PHASE 2: Deliverables

  A brand guidelines document that you can tailor to each client. Includes brand application ideas, typography, colour, etc.
• Brand cheat sheet
  A cheat sheet for your client to easily find their brand essentials like colours and typography.
• Photography guidelines
  A booklet to help guide your clients in choosing and using photography. Includes a section on photography for e-commerce.

PHASE 3: Assets

• Proposal template
  A brand identity focused proposal for you to give to your clients before starting the project.
• Master Services Agreement
  A contract that you can use outlining the terms in working with you.
• Statement of Work
  This will detail all of the project steps to ensure that the client knows exactly what they’re getting (no scope creep).
• Invoice template
  An invoice template for you to use with your clients.
• End of project questionnaire

When will I receive my course?

You will receive a link to download your course immediately or within 1 to 21 days. It depends on the product you buy, so please read the short description of the product carefully before making a purchase.

How is my course delivered?

We share courses through Google Drive, so once your order is complete, you'll receive an invitation to view the course in your email.

In case you submit a wrong email address, please contact us to resend the course to the correct email.

How do I check status of my order?

Please log in to MMOCourse account then go to Order Page. You will find all your orders includes number, date, status and total price.

If the status is Processing: Your course is being uploaded. Please be patient and wait for us to complete your order. If your order has multiple courses and one of them has not been updated with the download link, the status of the order is also Processing.

If the status is Completed: Your course is ready for immediate download. Click "VIEW" to view details and download the course.

Where can I find my course?

Once your order is complete, a link to download the course will automatically be sent to your email.

You can also get the download link by logging into your mmocourse.hk account then going to Downloads Page.
