What You’ll Learn In Productivity Lab

Modules 1 – 2: The Life Productivity System

Understand and explore the fundamentals of the Life Productivity System, including what it means to have a Focus Hour. By the end of the first two weeks, you’ll not only have a solid understanding of what it takes to optimise your productivity, but also how to effectively assess your own productivity baseline (which we’ll then use to measure how your productivity improves over time).

Modules 3 – 4: Joyful Day Spotlight

We’ll then walk through the five key skills to having a Joyful Day: Align, Focus, Recharge, Reflect, and Organise. You’ll learn what constitutes a Joyful Day and learn the core components of a fulfilling morning ritual, effective evening shutdown, and a Balanced Week. You’ll also be given a framework on how to experiment with different routines to identify your ideal morning and evening rituals, setting the stage for days filled with joyful productivity.

Module 5: Life Vision

If someone were to ask you “What’s the vision you have for your work and for your life?”, would you be able to answer? In this week, you’ll be guided through the significance of having a clear vision and direction, how it sustains motivation and ensures alignment with your personal and professional goals. Together, we’ll explore the steps to articulate your own Life Vision, helping you to discover what truly matters to you. You’ll discover how to empower yourself to pursue your goals with a renewed focus and clarity.

Modules 6 – 7: Goal Setting

Now you have a clear understanding of your life vision, the next step is to integrate these insights into your daily life. So, in this part of the programme, you’ll be guided through the process of embedding your vision and goals into your productivity system. You’ll learn how to align your long-term aspirations with actionable steps by setting ‘Annual Goals’ and ‘Quarterly Quests’. Plus, you’ll be given the tools to translate your overarching goals into structured, achievable objectives, ensuring that every day, week, month and quarter is a positive step towards fulfilling your life vision.

Modules 8 – 10: The Inner Game of Productivity

Then, we’ll walk through the five key inner game components that influence our productivity: Mindset, Motivation, Emotion, Confidence, and Wellness. You’ll spend time journaling to explore ways to influence your productivity from within, how to recharge effectively and discover strategies for improving your internal drivers of productivity. By the end, you’ll be equipped with the tools to sustainably boost your productivity by cultivating a stronger, more adaptive inner game. Plus, you’ll have a much improved method of organising your life, projects, and tasks so you always feel in control.

Modules 11 – 12: Review & Integration

Finally, we’ll explore the importance of ‘space’ in an effective productivity system, before bringing everything together by reviewing all the concepts & strategies we’ve built over the previous 10 weeks. This will be your opportunity to assess your progress and reflect on how well you’ve integrated the techniques into your daily routines. You’ll also discover what’s next in your journey within Productivity Lab, have a clearer perspective on how far you’ve come and an inspired vision for where you can go next.
