About Instructor
Carol Robinson
Property Investor and Trainer at Fielding Financial
Carol has been investing in properties since 2000 and decided to leave her global senior financial career as a Chartered Accountant in favour of property in 2015. Since this time, Carol has dedicated herself to property investing, developing and passionately educating others in how to build wealth through property. Carol is one of our valued mentors, speakers and content writers.
Carol has built a multi-million pound portfolio across many property strategies, as well as, trading properties. This generalist approach to investing is deliberate, allowing diverse opportunities to be grabbed, and a portfolio that can weather different cycles and regulations.
Wanting an alternative high yielding income strategy to Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO), Carol started researching serviced accommodation in the spring of 2016. This involved setting up a proposed Joint Venture relationship with an existing operator in Litchfield, as well as, working with a specialist managing agent near Silverstone. After more than a year of research and building of the relevant relationships; Carol has decided to start a program of converting existing properties into serviced accommodation and provides guidance to others who are building their SA businesses.
