Carol has been investing in properties since 2000 and decided to leave her global senior financial career as a Chartered Accountant in favour of property in 2015. Wanting an alternative high yielding income strategy to Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO), Carol started researching serviced accommodation in the spring of 2016.   This involved setting up a proposed Joint Venture relationship with an existing operator in Litchfield, as well as, working with a specialist managing agent near Silverstone.   After more than a year of research and building of the relevant relationships; Carol has decided to start a program of converting existing properties into serviced accommodation and provides guidance to others who are building their SA businesses.
